A message from Pete & Erik Nordstrom.
| | | |  | | | As some states and communities begin lifting COVID restrictions, we want to reiterate our approach and be clear Nordstrom is not relaxing or eliminating any of our COVID-19 safety practices.
The health and safety of our employees and customers is always our priority. Throughout this pandemic we've closely followed guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC). Based on that guidance, each of our stores currently: - Requires and provides face masks to be worn by employees and customers
- Limits the number of customers to promote social distancing
- Conducts daily health screenings for all employees
- Cleans and sanitizes throughout the store multiple times a day
- Offers contactless and/or curbside services
We'll continue to follow direction from the CDC and PHAC and won't be making any changes until their guidance indicates it's safe to do so. You can visit our website to learn more about what we're doing to protect everyone in our stores.
We know you have a lot of choices when it comes to where you shop, and we're thankful for the trust you place in us to provide you with a safe and convenient shopping experience.
