| Hello Hannah, I am so glad you are interested in joining me to further your education and career. As challenging as this time is, it can be the perfect time to develop skills and experience that will help you in your career or obtain a new job. I am a passionate dreamer and reimagined a completely new type of graduate school that is highly relational, full of experiential and active learning, skill-focused, and academically excellent. Utilizing the best in adult learning principle, the latest e-learning technologies, and gleaning from my decades of experience in designing effective trainings, you will get a rock-solid learning experience that rivals face to face programs. Because of the COVID-19 Pandemic we have made the very difficult decision to do our face-to-face Kickoff Conference (your very first course) virtually. We have a lot of experience and success for doing events online. In addition, we have experimented with virtual process-focused growth groups, a key part of our Kickoff Conference. We believe that we will be very successful in accomplishing virtually what we usually do when we bring you to campus. You will get to interact with me personally and some of your faculty. You will get a chance to meet and start growing with your cohort that you journey with the next 1 to 3 years. The reason I am emailing you is there are some of you who have either deferred your start with us or decided to not pursue a degree with us because of the difficulty you would have attending our opening Kickoff Conference. I thought I would reach out in case having this virtual opportunity would change your plans.
